[Go-To] Asian Slaw Dressing
Works every time in a pinch. All you need is some cabbage (any kind, any color), some carrots, bell peppers, add in whatever feels inspiring and let it marinate in this dressing. Winner every time.
Asian Slaw Dressing
Ingredients
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
1/4 C rice wine vinegar
3 Tbsp agave, honey or brown rice syrup
1 Tbsp soy sauce, tamari or coconut aminos
1 Garlic clove
1 Tbsp ginger (grated or finely chopped)
1/2 Tsp salt
1/2 Tsp chili flakes or chili paste
1 Tsp Chinese style spicy mustard (optional)
Optional Garnish: toasted sesame seeds / roasted & crushed peanuts or cashews
Steps
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl & whisk vigarously. Alternately, you can put all ingredients in a large glass jar & shake, shake, shake to combine.
Toss with salad mix of your choice & garnish with desired toppings.

Purple cabbage - shredded
Green cabbage - shredded
Kohlrabi - sliced thin Julianne style
Carrots - shredded or Julianne style
Red bell pepper - sliced thin
Cucumber - sliced thin Julianne style
Snow peas or edamame (whichever you prefer or have easily available)
Chopped cilantro
